The Alignment Alchemy Method™ is delivered over six weeks. Each week builds intentionally on the last, guiding you through the five pillars at a pace designed for depth — not speed.

The standard program gives you the flexibility to move through the material at your own rhythm. The VIP experience adds weekly accountability and personalised support throughout the full six weeks and beyond.

The Alignment Breakthrough Session™ is an intentional, guided 60-minute 1:1 conversation designed to uncover what is beneath the surface — identifying unconscious patterns, creating clarity, and revealing your next aligned step.

It is not a strategy session. It is a space to slow down, look honestly at what is no longer working, and gain real clarity on what is keeping you stuck and what becomes possible when you shift it.

The Alignment Intensive™ is a two-week guided transformational experience designed to help you:

• Get genuinely clear on what you want — not what seems logical or expected
• Identify the beliefs, conditioning, expectations, and patterns that may be quietly contradicting what you desire
• Begin creating greater alignment between what you want and how you think, respond, and act

The Intensive includes the complete Alignment Intensive™ client workbook, a 60-minute private kickoff Zoom call with Jennifer, guided independent work, a Week Two coaching call of up to 90 minutes, and weekday WhatsApp and email support throughout.

The Alignment Intensive™ is a focused experience built around you specifically — it is not a course and it does not walk you through the complete five-pillar Alignment Alchemy Method™. It is a supported, two-week deep dive into the specific clarity, awareness, and alignment work that matters most in this season of your life.

For many clients, the Breakthrough Session becomes a natural entry point into The Alignment Intensive™ or The Alignment Alchemy Method™. If that feels like your next step, you will be guided through how to proceed. If it doesn't — that is completely honoured too.

Yes. Both The Alignment Alchemy Method™ and VIP include lifetime access to the version of the program purchased at the time of enrolment.

Lifetime access does not include future revisions, expanded editions, new modules, redesigned workbooks, or later versions created from Jennifer's evolving body of work. Future revisions may be offered separately at Jennifer's discretion.

Therapy and other regulated mental-health services may assess or treat clinical mental-health concerns. Jennifer's services are educational, forward-focused coaching — not medical or mental-health treatment.

The work does explore how early experiences, conditioning, inherited belief systems, and subconscious patterns shape the way we think, feel, respond, and choose. This is not clinical work — it is coaching and education designed to build awareness, support conscious choice, and help you create meaningful change in the areas of your life where you feel most stuck or misaligned.

If you are working through clinical trauma, mental illness, or other conditions that require regulated care, Jennifer may work alongside — but not in place of — appropriate professional support.

I am not here to give you a formula or tell you what your path should look like.

My role is to guide you inward — so you can understand what has shaped you, see what may still be operating beneath the surface, and begin making different choices. The depth of your experience will be directly connected to your willingness to show up for the work. I provide the framework, the tools, the presence, and the support. You bring the commitment.
